demonstration of projects completed

Project Overview

Ivory Trade Co. Jean Francois developed this case study to demonstrate a structured approach to supplying high quality cocoa beans from Côte d’Ivoire to an international food manufacturer seeking consistent sourcing from West Africa.

• Producer identification and vetting

• Quality verification at origin

• Volume planning and supply coordination

• Export readiness and documentation support

Outcome

This case study demonstrates Ivory Trade Co.’s ability to structure a reliable cocoa export supply model that aligns with international buyer expectations while supporting producers at the source.
